Terms of use

The service

Glance Studio is a chat-video creation app for iPhone, iPad and Mac published by Arte Soft EOOD. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content

Use only text, images, video and music you own, created, licensed or otherwise have permission to use. You are responsible for what you render and where you publish it.

Truthful use

Glance Studio makes staged, dramatised conversations. Do not present them as real exchanges, use them for misleading endorsements, unsupported product claims, deceptive ads or spam, or in ways that break the rules of the platform you publish on. The app guarantees no views, installs, conversions or revenue.

Third-party marks

The chat looks are stylised layouts. Glance Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple, Meta, Discord, Rakuten or any messaging service, and the device render is an artistic representation.

Ads and purchases

The iOS app shows ads served by Google AdMob, including a rewarded video before an export; Arte Soft EOOD is not responsible for their content. The Mac app is a one-time purchase through Apple, whose billing and refund policies apply.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding and original content belong to Arte Soft EOOD or its licensors. These terms transfer no ownership to you. Bundled sounds and models are used under their own licences.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended for breach of these terms or where the law requires it.
