Decide what the audience should understand
A short sketch needs a setup and a payoff. A storyboard needs enough detail to communicate the scene. A product presentation needs a visible, accurate demonstration. Write for one of these purposes instead of combining several unrelated ideas.
Create fictional names and avatars when the characters are invented. If you are adapting a real exchange, obtain the permissions needed for its content and remove private details.
Choose a style without making a false claim

Give each character a recognizable rhythm. One may send short, direct replies; the other may explain more. Use that contrast to move the story forward, not to fill the screen with text.
A photograph or short clip can reveal a plot point more quickly than several explanatory messages. Preview its timing in context so the viewer knows why it matters.
Add context to the published result
Label fictional or reenacted conversations when a viewer could reasonably mistake them for real evidence. A staged endorsement should not be presented as an actual customer’s experience.
Review the exported file for private details, readable dialogue and a complete ending. Keep the project so you can correct wording or change a character without reconstructing the scene.
